We offer post-delivery support service according to the prices below.
If we must respond within 24 hours, an additional "Quick service fee" will be charged.
If the support goes beyond normal working hours, an "Overtime fee" will be charged.
Support: DKK 950,-/hour (EUR 127/hour)
Quick service fee: DKK 4000,- (EUR 533)
Overtime fee: DKK 2000,- (EUR 267)
The prices are excluding VAT. Extra components or materials will be invoiced.
